Ultra-processed Foods: Updates from the Science and Practical Considerations

In this webinar, learn more about why foods are processed, what makes a food “ultra-processed,” and what the research says about their impacts on health. We will discuss ways the topic of ultra-processed foods may arise in the classroom and how to best support community members as they navigate making healthy food choices.
