The Systems Approaches for Healthy Communities (SAHC) Self-Paced Modules are developed by the University of Minnesota Extension and are designed to identify and describe key concepts related to policy, systems, and environmental (PSE) change interventions.

Body Connection is a collection of short mindful movement lessons designed to build a foundation for intrinsically-motivated movement and healthy habits. The 30 minute lessons are designed to be a warm up or break during nutrition interventions. They also serve to regulate the body before or between cognitive activities like nutrition education workshops. The Body Connection materials will be available soon. You can also explore more details about the curriculum on the Leah's Pantry website.   This is a physical activity curriculum that should be implemented in addition to a nutrition component or a food tasting.

An adaptation of the Around the Table Curriculum to meet the needs of single, married, custodial, and non-custodial fathers.

Join us for an exciting and informative CATCH Kids Club (CKC) program training session, open to all CFHL staff who want to become implementers and/or trainers. This is also an opportunity for current implementers to recertify and enhance their skills. CATCH CKC is designed for elementary and middle-school-aged children (K-8) and consists of nutrition education and physical activities to encourage active living and healthy eating.
