Six 1-hour workshops based on the 2015 Dietary Guidelines for Americans and the PA Guidelines for Americans. Each workshop includes a lesson plan, learning objectives, talking points, hands-on activities, videos, and handouts. For community educators, health promoters, dietitians/ nutritionists, cooperative extension agents, and others to teach to adults in a wide variety of community settings.
Workshops can be offered singly. Optimally, the workshops can be offered as a series of 6, or you can select the particular workshop(s) that would best fit the needs of your audience. Free curriculum download from website.
