Description

Cooking Matters promotes healthy eating through educational tools, hands-on cooking courses, and interactive grocery store tours. Participants learn to shop smarter, use nutritional information to make healthier choices, and cook affordable meals.

Dads Around the Table is a nutrition workshop curriculum that upholds principles of trauma-informed engagement and nourishment. Men raising children will enjoy reflection, cooking, movement, sharing a meal together, and exploration of new and traditional holistic skills for nutritional well-being.

Intended audience: Dads and male caregivers of young children

Adults aged 65 and over will enjoy conversation, reflection, cooking, movement, sharing a meal together, and exploration of holistic skills for nutritional well-being.
