Description
The Eagle Adventure is a type 2 diabetes education and prevention program for students in 1st- 3rd grades. The program is made up of seven visits to the school throughout the semester (six are in-class and one assembly where Eagle Play is presented). Lessons incorporate Native American culture and language (for the Chickasaw Nation). Free download from website.

Around the Table with Elders
This is a group nutrition workshop curriculum for older adults that upholds principles of trauma-informed engagement and nourishment. Adults aged 65 and over will enjoy conversation, reflection, cooking, movement, sharing a meal together, and exploration of holistic skills for nutritional well-being.
Intended audience: Adults ages 60+
Available: Summer 2025
