California Department of Public Health (CDPH) CFHL 2025 & 2026 Guidance

This document serves as an addendum to the Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) 2024 – 2026 California Department of Public Health (CDPH) CalFresh Healthy Living Funding Application Package and supersedes the requirements and deliverables therein. The purpose of Program Letter (PL) 25-06 is to provide FFY 2025 and 2026 requirements and guidance for Local Health Departments (LHDs) to complete and close out local CalFresh Healthy Living programs.
