Virtual
This training explores trauma-informed communication strategies for responsibly concluding program activities. We'll begin with an introduction and a discussion of trauma-informed community change, recognizing that program changes can understandably create uncertainty and deeply affect the communities we serve. The session aims to equip staff with the understanding and tools to compassionately navigate this transition by sharing two practical communication frameworks. These frameworks will support transparent, empathetic, and strengths-based conversations. Finally, we will explore how AI tools can help tailor messages for different audiences.
